„Great Experience, but There's One Issue: I had a tooth emergency so I made a quick appointment here. I was met with the kindest receptionist I've seen at a doctor practice (he's the male receptionist working there). The treating doctor was also very pleasant and finished working on my teeth quickly. I was even let in early, so I saved a lot of time that day. I had to come a second time for a filling, and this, too, was done quickly and without issue. I was generally very happy with my experience, but there is one issue I wish to raise. Although the male receptionist was politeness itself, I was shocked with the way I was treated by the female receptionist working when I went the second time. I did not let my experience with her affect my 5-star rating because I don't think her behavior should negatively affect the practice as a whole when it's not their fault. What happened with her is that when I was asking about a simple thing and trying to explain my point of view, she quickly dismissed me and didn't try to listen to me. I had to keep repeating myself until she finally let me speak, but even then she was condescending and unfriendly. It would be nice if someone could speak to her so she would be more friendly and kind to patients and try to listen to them even if she believes she knows better than everyone else. I would happily come to this practice again, but I will first call to make sure I know which receptionist has a shift that day to avoid this experience repeating. „Very nice experience, usually going to the dentist is a negative energy, but coming here is actually not. The staff are so nice, all. I've done my teeth with Dentist Youssef, he is very kind and patient. Plus they speak Arabic, Kurdish, English, German, Persian, etc... Prices are logical, doesn't make you go crazy. Highly recommended!“

„Unfortunately, the consultation was unsatisfactory for me. It seemed rather rushed and not very professional, as if the financial aspect was the primary focus. I was recommended treatments costing around €140. However, at another practice, I was told that the bacteria must be treated first, followed by a thorough cleaning – and only then can it be determined whether further treatment is even necessary. Furthermore, I was told there that this procedure, if needed, would be free of charge. Overall, I therefore had the impression that the recommendations were not optimally tailored to my situation. I hope that future consultations will be more transparent and patient-centered.“
